what happened to the Pony Webring?

i couldn't keep up with updating it especially whenever i got burn out so i deleted it. i also got pissed off that a zionist complained to me because one of the members had a "free palestine" banner and realized that i have to deal with zionists joining so i was, like, i can't do this. for your curiousity i have a screenshot:

what is "sozai"?

you will see this a lot on neocities. sozai means "raw materials" in japanese. basically there are quite a few japanese creators with their own materials/graphics websites. you can find a good amount of them in my links.

is your site ai generated?

no and i can't believe someone thought it was. i have comments in some of my code as future notes for myself because whenever i go a long time without coding i tend to forget basic things like css positioning. they probably sound ai generated because i'm autistic and sound robotic in my own notes. it's kinda crazy that my site will be accused of ai or gets compared to ai. sure chatgpt can probably generate a fully functioning site but it'll never have the creativity i have or the resources.

when did you start working on your site?

during the lockdown in 2021 i was 16 and didn't have friends to talk to except for my toxic e-boyfriend so i distracted myself by learning how to code.

can you add my bottlecap?

i'll gladly add yours if you submit it through the submission form. i don't take submissions through other means because they can get lost.

can you add my button?

sure. i try to add sites that i really like, even if they don't have my button. it doesn't really matter to me, i mostly have others' buttons so i can go back and look at their website. just make sure that your website isn't plain and has a lot of stuff to look at and very few broken links. the button must be 88x31 pixels.
